Return and Cancellation Policy

Interpretation
In this Return and Cancellation Policy

“the Seller” means Ladderzone Australian Company Number ACN 059 666 830
“the Buyer” means the person or company placing an order with the Seller for the purchase of Goods or Services
“Goods” means Goods or Services that the Seller proposes to sell or has sold to the Buyer and as described on the invoice of the Seller, or as available separately

Exchange
Goods may be returned for exchange under the following conditions:

a) Written approval must first be obtained from the Seller
b) The request for exchange of the Goods is received within 7 days of the carriers delivery date to the Buyer
c) The Goods are in a saleable as new condition in the original packaging

Goods are to be returned to the nominated return address of the Seller.  A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the Goods value will be applied to the goods returned. If the value of the exchange Goods is less than the original supply you will be refunded the difference in cost excluding the cost of sending charges for the original supply and exchange supply and the restocking fee. If the value of the exchange Goods is more than the original supply you will be charged the difference in cost excluding the cost of the sending charges for the original supply and exchange supply and the restocking fee.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order, provided the order has not been dispatched we will refund any payment received in full. If the order has been dispatched a cancellation request must be received by the Seller within 7 days from the carriers collection date. Acceptance of the request is entirely at the discretion of the Seller. If the request is accepted you must send the Goods back to the nominated return address of the Seller. The return will be accepted if the item is in a saleable new condition and in the original undamaged packaging. We will refund you the value of the Goods less a restocking fee of 15%. Sending charges including freight will not be refunded. Cancellations of dispatched orders for modified or custom fabricated goods will not be accepted.

Returns
Returns will only accepted within 7 days of the carriers delivery date to the Buyer and with prior written approval of the Seller. Return Goods must be delivered to the Seller at the nominated return address of the Seller and received by the Seller in original and re-saleable condition.  A restocking and handling charge of 15% may be applied to the value of the Goods returned.  Any credit provided on Goods manufactured or modified to order will be the absolute discretion of the Seller. Other than in the case of a supply error made by the Seller in providing the Goods of the Buyer’s order, credit on Goods requiring assembly will be given only when the goods have not been removed from their original packaging.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies in respect of the Goods which the Buyer has under Australian Consumer Law,  the Trade Practices Act and other State and Territory laws.
