Where can i view the freight charges? Freight charges are calculated at the cart. Simply add your selected products to the cart and enter your delivery address to see the available freight options. Why can’t i see freight charges on your website? Some products require special freight arrangements due to their size, weight, quantity or packaging requirements. In these cases, standard shipping rates may not be available. Instead, you may see a “Request Bulky Goods Freight Quote” option. This allows us to obtain the most appropriate and cost-effective freight solution for your order. There is no commitment to purchase and no requirement to provide credit card details when requesting a freight quote. Can I get freight quotes over the phone? For most products, freight charges can be calculated through the website once you enter your delivery address. Where a bulky goods freight quote is required, we need to assess the products and delivery requirements and obtain the appropriate freight option from our transport partners. For this reason, we are generally unable to provide an accurate freight quote over the phone without processing the request.
